Mayo said if I'm off narcotics (check) and if I can safely turn my neck to look at traffic (check) and if my pain is managed (mostly check - later in the day it hurts), then I can do some local driving. I drove to my Dad's place and helped him with some financial tasks. I for sure wanted to go slowly...so apologies to anyone behind me. It was very "freeing" to drive.
Baby steps. Tomorrow I'll go to morning Mass. :-)
