I just punched down the dough and it's on its second rise in two loaf pans. This means tomorrow I can bring a sandwich for lunch to work.
My body is missing calcium. I'm not getting enough on this diet. So, for sure, some white beans and cabbage are on the menu this week since they are both great sources of dietary calcium while LID safe. Why not pop a vitamin pill? They often contain iodine. Why not pop a calcium supplement? They often are made from a source that is ocean based (e.g. oyster shells) and also therefore contain natural iodine.
One week from tomorrow is my first Thyrogen injection...this process is moving quickly!
