I hope I didn't jinx myself...

Well, it's almost all good news.  I got my blood work done.  Here's the summary thus far:
TSH = 0.45.  That's low normal.  A bit too low for my taste, but I'll live with it.
Free T4 - 1.81.  That's above the range of normal which is 0.92 - 1.57.  That means my low normal TSH is plenty low because my T4 is super high.
T3 = 1.03.  The normal range is 0.8 - 2.0 so this is fine.  This means my body is converting T4 to T3 well enough on its own.
Calcium = 9.6 - right in the middle of normal range which is 8.5 - 10.5.
Parathyroid hormone = 93.2 which is high.  Normal range is 10 - 65.  We can't know what this means yet because it can be high if Vitamin D is low.  The Vitamin D blood test is not in yet.
So, stay tuned.
